The Caliper

The first issue of Caliper Magazine - A person with a spinal cord injury meets one of the Maple Leafs

The Caliper was the journal of the Canadian Paraplegic Foundation. Its pages brought together people with spinal cord injuries from across the country and around the world. Each issue included updates from the CPA Divisions across Canada. Often, new research or equipment findings were reported from other countries. There were profiles of individuals and what they were doing in their lives - their jobs, their marriages, work on their homes, etc. The Caliper also included humorous stories, such as the Willie Wynn series below that ran for many years, and cartoons that captured life with a spinal cord injury.
